We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“Good cards but took over a week to get dispatched from the warehouse. Way too long!”

“Having ordered 3 books and a box of pencils on 48 hr turnaround, and having ordered from OhDeer/Artful before, I was surprised when my order hadn't arrived 5 days later. Cue enquiry email and reply later, I was informed they were busy, being the sale'n'all, and that I"d get them...eventually. Which was true-twelve days after I was supposed to. The disappointing thing is this -this was utterly avoidable. I knew their sale was coming. God knows, we all get enough emails from On Deer. Then there was the countdown. Then the reminders. So why didn't they? Was this their first sale ever. No. So why would a business that relies so much on reputation, referral and subscription find this performance acceptable? I'm sure there's a carefully crafted response to this issue but for me the damage is done. Subscription being cancelled, and a totally avoidable bitter taste in my mouth to boot.”

“The pads of paper were lovely and very high quality - I ordered while they were cheap so I could experiment with them as alternatives to herbarium paper for pressing seaweed. Unfortunately, the packing let things down again, all 3 pads had been 'roughed up' in the post due to being loose in a big paper bag. The paper is fine, just needs to be more firmly wrapped around the contents to keep everything still.”

“I was very disappointed that my order was not dispatched for well over a week despite paying for express delivery. I appreciate that it was a busy time due to the sale but I was not made aware of this when I ordered.”

“Took advantage of the sale to order some notebooks, planners and old Papergang boxes for birthday gifts with other bits and bobs. The covers of the planners are really lovely and perfect for gifting with the contents of Papergang boxes, which all match. I also think their greetings cards are very good quality. My order was packed well and was delivered with time to spare for wrapping the gifts for an upcoming birthday. I was very happy with my purchases.”

“I love Ohh Deer - my only problem is that my stationary addiction means I just want to keep all the lovely things for myself and never ruin them. I hadn’t realised on top of the delivery time there was an up to 5 day dispatch window. So as I’d ordered this during a sale it took the whole 5 days which meant it missed a date I wanted it for so just something to keep in mind if you need something urgently. Once it was dispatched I got it next day so delivery was great. But they are such a small great company ill definitely continue to use them.”
