“It takes some time to get the package, but I live up north in Sweden so I understand. I love the cardboard boxes I get regularly filled with a lot of fun stuff to work with :)”

“My parcel was taken by someone else rather than me but Ohh Deer was so nice and helpful about it, even though I might have acted a bit Karen-ish which I apologized for but at the time it was a reoccuring problem with the said person who takes parcels and I was frusturated that royal mail would just assume the parcel belonged to them and delivered it there. It had my name and address on it so no mistake on Ohh Deer’s part at all. They were so very kind and refunded the money and contacted the person about it. After a sound minded person (I believe it was her boss) told the woman to give back my parcel, they eventually did but it was opened and used and they spilled water over it so it was stained and damaged as well. Oh well, people will be people I guess. Great service from Ohh Deer no matter what. Thank you guys!”
