“Ohh Deer customer service is terrific. Fed Ex claimed they delivered my package, but didn't. Heather responded to my inquiry immediately and offered a replacement. Miraculously, Fed Ex, who claimed the package must have been stolen, delivered it a week later.”

“Have used these guys several times. Unusually on this occasion I didn’t receive my original order, the post has been messed up around my area due to COVID, however I emailed and got a very prompt reply and order was sent out again. Thanks very much for sorting it so quickly and easily!”

“Ordered a mystery box along with a selection of other items. So impressed with absolutely everything! Despatch was quick, delivery good. All the packaging was reusable and recyclable, everything arrived in pristine condition and the items were beautiful! Can’t wait til Christmas to gift them and send out my awesome cards!”
