We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Your order was dispatched November 23rd with the selected Royal Mail second class untracked service. We'd normally estimate 3-5 working days for delivery, however Royal Mail strike action has effected deliveries all over the UK at this time. Royal Mail have informed the public of strike action taking place on 24th,25th 30th November and 1st December, these strike days may delay the arrival of your parcel outside of the normally expected window. We understand the current disrupted shipping service in the UK right now is frustrating for all so your patience is fully appreciated. “Prompted by a survey email that asked why I hadn't used the website for a year, I replied that I only buy one card a year, for my wife's birthday. So I used the site again, for that. So that's worked out really well. Great cards. I miss the shop in Loughborough (I know you can buy cards in the noisy cafe, but it's not the same). Well done. See you all next year.”

“There was fault with this product unfortunately (the stitching had come undone). I contacted customer services and they responded straight away, issuing a refund as the product was out of stock so they were unable to send out a new item. It was my first purchase from Ohh Deer and I would be happy to buy from them again as even though there was a problem with my order they resolved it quickly without any hassle.”

“I had hoped to use my artful vouchers and when I realised I couldn’t I did take a lot out of the basket. Nice items, although some of the card themes are a little too niche. I also bought the stocking filter set a while ago which was brilliant.”
