“I love the quirky unusual gifts you can find at Ohh Deer. Added to their individuality is great customer service. When I received one wrong item in my order, I informed customer service and they replied immediately, apologised and immediately sent out the correct item without asking for the wrong item to be returned. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.”

“Very happy with the service I received. I placed an order and accidentally didn't add the discount code that I intended to use. I immediately emailed Ohh Deer to ask if I could cancel the order, and I soon had an email back from them confirming that they had cancelled the order. I was then able to go back onto their website and place the order again using the correct discount code.”
