“Ordered this for my niece for her birthday; item arrived on time and she is delighted with it. She had been after it for a while so is I am one favourite Aunty!”

“I ordered 31.07.2021 - and same day on the way. Due to brexit (??) it hasn‘t arrived yet in Germany (21.08.2021), also it was already taxed and I payed for it +14,12€ on top (DPD) … Can‘t say anything about the stationery. But for me it‘s clear to think more than twice about ordering anything from UK. Sorry. Update (23.8.21): Ohh Deer‘s reaction is really great, customerfriendly and absolutely fabulous. Thank you, Heather from Ohh Deer! Update (24.8.21): Mystery box arrived and all I can say: WOW! Absolutely worth it!”

Sadly due to the new Brexit rule change, parcels going from UK to EU will now be subject to customs duties and charges. “What a fab shop, backed up by brilliant customer service. I ordered a couple of really cute items that just didn't come through the post. I suspected royal mail were to blame but wanted to check it had been posted. Sent an email after working hours one evening, had a personal response from Heather before 9am the next morning. She was on it! After checking details were correct and chasing it her end, she kindly offered a refund or replacement. I went for a replacement and it's here and super-cute! Loved the box it came in too. All round, very happy. Thanks!!!”

“I was very happy on the whole with watercolour top-up box. The neon colours lived up to their name, and Artfuls brushes are always excellent. The only niggle I have is with the felt roll-up. The quality of the felt was very poor, scratchy, stiff and cheap-looking. I used it as a template to make my own out of good quality felt which did not cost any more than the price quoted for the one Artful provided. This, however, is a minor niggle as I said, the paints and the brushes are the main thing. Artfuls customer service is excellent, and their deliveries always arrive promptly and in excellent condition. This review would have been 4.5 stars if that had been an option”
