“Package came damaged I was told I would get a refund if I returned it but no shipping label was provided. Also I found the email to be quite rude suggesting it was slight damage, it was for a gift, I’m not going to give someone a damaged gift and if it had been packaged properly there wouldn’t have been damage”

“Rather underwhelming and not high quality. Pink pen did not work. I thought there would be letter writing paper but there wasn’t any. Good gift for child over 8. Not really suitable for adult. Service was quick and efficient.”

“I was looking for birthday cards that were a little bit different to the 'norm' and found them on Ohh Deer! The added bonus was that they were 3 for 2! They came really quickly and lived up to my expectations so I'll definitely order from you again. Thank you!”

“This was the first time I have used Ohh Deer and I will be honest and say I only bought from them because of a voucher I got. However, that being said I was not disappointed everything in the box was great quality and just that wee bit different from the products you would find on the high street or on most of online outlets. There are other boxes I might have chosen as every box not only looks different but has different contents, so this means you can give them to more than one friend and no-one gets the same gift. There were though quite a few styles that were sold out, and there was nothing to let you know when or if these boxes would come back into stock. I will be checking though as this might have been my first box, but it won't be my last.”

“Sturdy and attractive stationery box, but haven’t opened to view contents as I ordered it as a gift. Hadn’t realised that it would arrive without additional packaging, so label addressed to me was attached directly onto the decorative box. So far haven’t been able to remove all of it to be able to gift the box after all.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by this delivery. Our Papergang boxes come with their own outer delivery box designed to protect your content during travel. As a company we're conscious of reducing our packaging wastage so don't add extra packaging on top of the outer delivery box for this reason. “Hi. The packaging and corner was quite badly damaged and marked. I was hoping to give as a present but couldn’t in the end . Tbh seems a nice product but let me down in this instance”

“Wow! There are quite a few stationary box kits available and this is one of the good ones! A really good selection of different vibe stationary boxes for all types of stationary needs. Mine was beautifully packaged. (See review of paper gang box)”
