“I love your cards but my most recent purchase, an anniversary card for my wife, involved her being shown an advertisement specifically for the exact card that I bought only an hour or two afterwards. I appreciate that it's not your fault directly, but this should really be addressed with your advertisers. The surprise was completely spoiled and it has put me off buying from Ooh Deer again.”

We're sorry to hear that an ad appeared after you made an order for a product that you had already ordered - it sounds likely that this was a retargeting ad, which is something that is out of our control. “Dear OHH DEER, I ordered 2 papergang stationery boxes (Nature calls and Colourful tropics) and these were delivered in a quite short time. The content is absolutely beautiful, especially the planner. But also the rubber stamps, envelopes and notepad, well actually everything is very cute and lovely. Unfortunately, one of the gel pens (the green one) doesn´t write. The other two are perfect and write smoothly. I love the idea of what you are doing and the goods you are selling.”

“Ordered 3 items. 2 upgrade boxes and 1 other article. Didn't receive the other article, but something else, worth a fraction of the ordered article. Ordered article wasn't in stock anymore, so got my money back, but not the extra costs(taxes etc). I was very disappointed to miss out on the ordered item. I will order the upgrade boxes again, but I don't think any other articles. Was very disappointed.”
