“Good service and prompt response to a query. The lower rating is because I was disappointed with the notebook (not as substantial as I expected) and the pens (came loose, not in a packet, so not suitable as a gift which was the reason for buying).”

“Have had the mystery pack before but this was substantially better. Cards were useable across gender and not tied to e.g son. Also, felt current and not out of date humour. (E.g last time lots about Trump). Use ability means great value. Cards not wasted. Very happy!”
