Ohh Deer has very nice cards of decent quality, but it took over 3 weeks for the cards to arrive, which is way too long.

Ordered a notebook for me and one for my sister in the clearance at £1 each. Postage was going to end up being more than the value of the items so I added a few other bargain bits and bobs to make up the cost. Received an email saying delivery would take longer due to high demand in the clearance sale, fair enough. Then after saying my order had been dispatched I received a second email and a refund for the notebooks and one other item. Had I been given the choice I would have cancelled the whole order rather than pay £2.50 postage for £7 worth of random bits. When the order did arrive one item was missing and has not been refunded. Overall, pretty disappointed and won't be using ooh deer again.

Sadly, due to a stock error, we weren't able to include the items which have been refunded in your order. To ensure that there were no further delays with the delivery of the order we sent it straight out. Apologies, that this has meant you have received items that you ordered but didn't necessarily want to receive. With regards to the missing item from the delivery that hasn't been refunded. Lovely quick service, good range of products. I took a chance on a lucky dip box of cards but I will hardly use any of them, quite obscure and can see why they didn't sell to start with

I ordered the cards in good faith that they would be suitable to send, as the cards I have had recently from Ohh Deer have been lovely. I received the cards to find 3/4 of the cards are unusable due to them being rude, crude, pictures of animals with poo. Dreadful I could not send them to anyone. I used about 8 cards for birthdays which were suitable but I cannot use a good majority of them. I emailed the company and they said well it’s a mystery what you get, I asked if I could return them, the answer no as I had used about 8 of them. They could of refunded me a pound less and I would of been happy. I’m a 60 years old lady and the youth find crude, rude things funny but I don’t so they will have to go into the bin. Be careful if you are buying a mystery box. After the year I will not be signing up for the year again.

Hello Diane, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry again that you felt so disappointed by some of the cards that arrived as part of the Mystery Card bundle that you ordered. We did advise on the product page for the bundle that the cards may contain rude humour, however we are sorry if this was not made clear enough for you before you placed your order. Though we do offer a comprehensive returns policy, it is the case that we aren't able to accept return orders that have been used or are incomplete, which is why the customer service team member advised that we would not be able to accept a return in this case. I loved Ohh Deer and often buy their card bundles. I buy them knowing that they are luck of the draw and I (generally speaking) can use the whole pack minus maybe one card here and there. This time, I ended up with 3 ‘son’ cards (I am a 24 year old with no kids) and 2 ‘mothers day’ cards which, again, aren’t of any use to me sadly. I think Ohh Deer should reevaluate this because that’s half the pack I cannot use. Generic cards other than maybe a couple would be far more sensible I think..

Unfortunately, as the allocation of cards per pack is completely random, we aren't able to advise in advance which cards will be included in each bundle. Products were great. Delivery was poor. Paid for express delivery and it took nearly a whole week.

Unfortunately the message I wrote to go with the card via the website wasn’t received by the distribution centre, so after I responded to the email with the copy I wanted the card was sent out late. I had ordered next day delivery on Tuesday but it was sent out by DPD on the Friday and was late, which is a shame as it was for a birthday. I had asked on chat how it would be sent and they said Royal Mail so I was really confused as to what went wrong

If any information is missing at time of fulfilment we will aim to resolve and ship the order as quickly as possible. We advise Royal Mail 1st class stamp is standard for all custom cards as per our terms of service, however your order was sent via DPD next day on this occasion. The box was delivery and looked battered. I understand it was discounted but it wasn’t nice to receive as I had wanted to pass it on as a present. Luckily, the resources were fine but it does make me wonder how other items arrive.

I ordered a valentines card on the 7th and it arrived on the 15th of February. Not much use to me then. Order in time if you’re buying here

This order was shipped on February 8th with the standard service type chosen at checkout and was delivered on the 5th working day with your local carrier provider. I can see that the order was placed Monday afternoon on the 7th and was shipped out the next day via the purchased standard shipping service.
