“I had fun choosing the cards - some are a little too impolite for most of your friends and family but some of them are very funny very cute very odd. the cards were sent very quickly with a silly teapig tea bag - another smile”

“I ordered an item and received it a couple of days later. Unfortunately there had been a mix up and the wrong item had been sent to me. I rang them up and the lady who answered, apologised and said they would send the correct item straight away. A day later I received the correct item as promised. Excellent customer service and great designs, my girlfriend loves her new 'Poms not Bombs' phone case. Thanks!”

“I love the stuff oh deer sell. Having bought a cushion in Brighton, I became aware of the online shop and fell in love and told friends too. My new cat Cushion is awesome and I am really pleased. Great customer service too and will definitely be a returning customer”

Hello, Apologies to hear you are unhappy with your purchase from 'Ohh Deer', we do operate a 28 day return policy - http://ohhdeer.com/faq/ but if customer service is contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods we are more than happy to refund any postage cost to return the items back to us. I can see you have ordered a 'P#ss off' cushion, this particular design is handed painted and has been scanned straight on to the products (no editing) so there is a few imperfections in the design, if you would like to send an image of your cushion cover to contact@ohhdeer.com i can double check this for you. “I love Ohh Dear's products. For my first purchase I ordered 3 of their unique (and slightly sweary) greetings cards. The website is easy and pleasant to use. The cards were delivered quickly and extremely well packaged. I even got a free Tea Bag! For the same price as the supermarket, I got 3 really unique cards on beautiful materials. I'll definitely be ordering again.”

I saw them on your front page, thought they'd be fantastic, within a few clicks had ordered and paid for them and ten days later they turned up at my front door… in Tasmania, Australia. “I ordered a set of coasters as a housewarming gift for my Brother and had them sent straight to his new house. I was informed the day after I ordered them that one of the styles I ordered they no longer had in stock so they asked if I wanted to choose another design which I did. They were dispatched the next day and my brother received them quickly after. Him and his partner really loved the designs and said the quality was great. Thank you Ohh Deer for providing such good quality products and also supporting great artists!”
