“When I discovered Ohh Deer I fell in love with everything but the cards especially. I’m a very sentimental person so don’t like getting basic generalised cards you get from the chain brands (card factory, etc). But as a student I struggle to afford it financially. So I rlly appreciate both the great student discount through SB + the rewards scheme of 3 for 2! It meant I could get a good selection of cards at an affordable price. I’ll definitely be getting my cards from here from now on! I also purchased one of the patterned paper pads which was so cute too! And then I bought a papergang box too which I’m also in love with so I think I’ll defo be getting more in the future (most likely on subscription 👀). So yeah, overall this has become one of my new fave shops!”

“I ordered the cards late one evening and they arrived two days later so it was an incredibly fast delivery. The artwork is beautiful and on strong, thick card.”

“I was looking forward to receiving a box of lovely stationery items. I know they were wholesale and bought at discounted prices but was disappointed by the way they just seemed thrown into a box with the kind of packaging that creates a dusty residue on everything. I had to wipe all the items down. The candle arrived without a label. They were lovely things but packaged and sent a bit thoughtlessly, especially since the P&P was a significant sum.”

Hello, I'm really sorry about the residue. To be as environmentally conscious as possible we moved away from purchasing packaging material some time ago and shred our old cardboard to protect the contents of each order. This does sometimes create a fine powder that can stick to the shredded cardboard thus leaving the residue you refer to. It's really good feedback and we will look at the process to see if there is a step required that could help minimise the residue. I'm really glad to hear you like the items you purchased though although please accept our apologies regarding the candle. There was a mis-print/photopgraphy error for a short period of time on the website that was swiftly correct because the candle is naked and not labelled as the original photo displayed. “Quality of the notebooks is amazing. Colours are a bit paler then expected but still gorgeous. Love the little ribbon at the top and bottom in the spine. delivery was slow but caused by customs not ohh deer”
