“I wish you would have said it would not be in additional packaging, firstly it got wet as it was left outside my door, and secondly the labels were attached to the actual packaging so unable to give as gift to the person who wanted it.”

Hi Jane, We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. If our Artful or Papergang boxes are ordered as a stand alone product, there is no outer packaging required as the boxes have been designed to protect the content and these are shipped as they were when ran as a subscription service. We are very mindful of wastage and unfortunately we don't offer gift services on our orders. “My Lino print art box arrived safely. The box was part open, I’m presuming happened during delivery as I’m certain it left tightly sealed, but all the contents were present and correct and I can’t wait to put it to use!”
