We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“The extra large mystery box unfortunately arrived in a damaged package. While most of the contents thankfully remained intact, some of it was damaged as well. Customer service immediately got back with me and we arranged a replacement for damaged goods that arrived quickly. I love how they support independent artists and the good quality of their products. Totally worth the money! Plus I enjoy mystery boxes a lot, since there's this wonderful moment of surprise and joy you have, when you're receiving your order.”

“Feel really let down, placed an order, had the order confirmed and nothing since, I have emailed them to find out what is going on, but having paid for delivery and having ordered from them before I expected slightly better than this. Update, after getting in touch with Ohh Dear my delivery has been located, I didn't receive a notification of postage but the customer serice representative was lovely to deal with.....I am so glad because I love the cards and always used their shop when it was open, so will continue to use the online service”

“Loved my order great site Delivery was fast, communication was great, everything arrived and was well packaged in paper (i ordered lots of fragile bits but they arrived perfectly in tact and the packaging was paper not plastic so i could recycle it all easily no plastic waste yay)”
