“The products themselves were good. The boxes inside the package were slightly damaged which is a shame as they’re for a gift. My gripe with ‘oh dear’ is that they always use Royal Mail to deliver and the service where I live is so awful that it takes two weeks to get a 48h delivery, so I can’t order from these guys if I want it in a hurry. Plus I usually have to go to the sorting office to get it myself because they never turn up for any of the arranged delivery dates and I find getting to and accessing the building tricky. I like the products that I’ve had from ‘oh dear’ but I think they need to re-think delivery, this isn’t a temporary problem with Royal Mail, it’s been an issue for a few years.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we are sorry to hear you've had troubles with your local Royal Mail team for deliveries. We also offer FedEx as a carrier you can select at checkout for UK deliveries, so if Royal Mail doesn't work for you, you always have the option choose FedEx instead when placing your order online.
