“1st order - damaged card. Arranged for another to be sent, a different one because my original one was out of stock. Chose a 2nd one, was told that I wasn't allowed to choose that one. So I chose another. It also arrived damaged. Noticeable damage! Emailed again, said that the damage could possibly not have been missed. I don't want to wait again and I got a refund. Why waste everyone's time by sending damaged cards? If I am paying full price I expect a perfect card! I wouldn't purchase cards from Ohh Deer again, nor would I recommend them due to having this bad experience twice!”

“Lovely cards, exactly as shown online and very good quality. Very pleased with my purchase. Delivery was delayed due to Post Office. I advised Ohh Deer I hadn't received them and they replied to acknowledge receipt of my email. Cards arrived shortly after and Ohh Deer emailed me a very nice message thanking me for advising them the cards had been delivered. Good customer service.”

“Excellent products, good sturdy (but recyclable) packaging, so the cards were in pristine condition. Delivery a wee bit slow, but that's a minor issue really.”
