“This much awaited first box has been an overall success. The contents seem well curated and the enclosed guidance on the usage of each product was invaluable. The only reason I failed to give 5 stars is that I was missing one Posca Pen colour, and instead had a double up of another colour. However, my enquiring email was answered swiftly with the promise to send out the missing colour as soon as possible. Overall, I feel confident in this new venture, and look forward to receiving future boxes. Update - Posca pen received swiftly! Have now given the much deserved 5 stars.”
