“I had been toying with making a purchase from oh Deer for a while, so when I saw an offer via vodaphone I thought I would buy the Night Garden Papergang Stationery Box, as a birthday gift for my sister and to see what the products are like. I think the standard price of these boxes is quite steep at £19.99 each but was happy to give it a go at a discounted price. Honestly, I would’ve been very disappointed if I had paid full price for this. My main gripe is the fact you have this lovely Olivia Burton designed set but then the address sticker is stuck directly into this and posted. The box arrives scuffed and dirty from the postage system. On attempts to peel off my address label, the packaging tore. So I decided I had to keep it as I could no longer gift it. In the box are two metal straws (not stationery related so pointless in my opinion). A thin A5 notepad, Happy Birthday Card (pointless having it IN the box??), A cardboard pen pot which you have to assemble, 3 Pencils and 4 A6 sticker sheets which admittedly are very pretty and the best part of the box. All in all it’s a good idea and would’ve made a nice present but it’s overpriced. I’d also like to point out that you should be charging £2.95 for postage and packaging when there is NO packaging.”

We're conscious of reducing our packaging wastage as a company so don't add extra packaging on top of the outer delivery box for this reason. “I'm over the moon with my "Just Keep Swimming Papergang Stationery Box" such arrived promptly and is beautifully presented and can't wait to use the wonderful assortment of items enclosed. Such would also make an amazing gift and there are so many different options to choose from to suit every recipient and occasion.”

“I ordered a couple of things and unfortunately one of the items was incorrect. I emailed to ask for help and within 10 minutes, I had received a reply with an apology and the correct item was ordered and processed for me as well. I Asked about returning the incorrect item and was told to keep it as well to avoid the hassle of returning it. The service was incredible and the people who helped me were very polite. Thank you very much.”

“I liked the cards. stamps, and stickers in this box, but the pen didn't work well, the desk planner is a bit small. All in all, it's okay but not worth the full price. I would be happy with lower-quality packaging if it meant the contents were higher quality. This was my first purchase: I might buy individual products from this company in the future, but I'm not sure I'd buy another Papergang box.”

“Package came damaged I was told I would get a refund if I returned it but no shipping label was provided. Also I found the email to be quite rude suggesting it was slight damage, it was for a gift, I’m not going to give someone a damaged gift and if it had been packaged properly there wouldn’t have been damage”

“Rather underwhelming and not high quality. Pink pen did not work. I thought there would be letter writing paper but there wasn’t any. Good gift for child over 8. Not really suitable for adult. Service was quick and efficient.”

“This was the first time I have used Ohh Deer and I will be honest and say I only bought from them because of a voucher I got. However, that being said I was not disappointed everything in the box was great quality and just that wee bit different from the products you would find on the high street or on most of online outlets. There are other boxes I might have chosen as every box not only looks different but has different contents, so this means you can give them to more than one friend and no-one gets the same gift. There were though quite a few styles that were sold out, and there was nothing to let you know when or if these boxes would come back into stock. I will be checking though as this might have been my first box, but it won't be my last.”

“Sturdy and attractive stationery box, but haven’t opened to view contents as I ordered it as a gift. Hadn’t realised that it would arrive without additional packaging, so label addressed to me was attached directly onto the decorative box. So far haven’t been able to remove all of it to be able to gift the box after all.”

“Hi. The packaging and corner was quite badly damaged and marked. I was hoping to give as a present but couldn’t in the end . Tbh seems a nice product but let me down in this instance”
