“I had accidently put in my shipping and billing address wrong. I asked it to flip it so it gets sent to the correct country. Few weeks later, the item gets sent to the wrong address. I emailed them and they quickly re-ordered and shipped the item. Although it didn't make it in time for Christmas, I truly appreciate how much they tried, and did it quickly. Thank you!”

“Was easy to shop from my own mobile, and order arrived quickly as expected and in perfect condition! My only small bit of advise would be an estimated delivery time on the email! As I wasn't sure if the item was coming from America or the UK! :}”

“I bought a hand made brooch/badge that I knew my nephew would love. There's little or no chance of him bumping into someone else with the same thing so it's perfect! Delivery was really quick and it was beautifully wrapped and package. One of the wows of our Christmas. Perfect!”

“I love this cushion so much. I fell in love with the quirky design and had to buy it! Added to that when it arrived it was supersoft faux suede and excellent quality. I bought another unusual cushion last year - the same excellent quality and imaginitaive design. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their cushions and especially this Alice cushion. All my friends think it is wonderful when they visit. Thank you so much. Obviously a great designer too!”

“Came to see my friend's cushions in your "pillow fight". Loved them, bought two and then found some other little Xmassy things too. Got a deal, and free delivery, and they all came well packed and in great condition in less than a week. Thank you!”
