“Such amazing customer service! We had to change the date of our weekend, so I spoke to a lovely lady called Claire , who was so helpful , and changed our weekend to another date, no hassle, no problems! Will definitely be using Off Peak Luxury again !”

“The service received after the initial booking was very good, very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little frustrating that the availability on the website is not real-time and our initial choice was not available. We could not work out how to pay via All4one card.”

“The booking process was fine. We chose the deal as there was a pool and spa. Having booked and paid we were then advised that they were undergoing upgrading so not available after all.”
