“Pleased with the easy and reassuring booking, although very disappointed with the hotel description, when choosing the hotel because of my husband needing water therapy for his disability, was told by hotel I could only book spa/pool 48 hours before arrival then depending on availability, to late to change booking with you if spa is fully booked”
