“I had a couple of queries about my reservation, one being a error on my part booked wrong Hotel which was corrected within minutes via a phone call to Offpeek staff who were very professional so made me feel relaxed, another question answered for me was to have a presentation confirmation posted to my friend as this booking is a special Birthday gift to her, Sophia arranged to post this immediately and she was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Sophia, best wishes to you.”

“I have used offpeakluxury on a member of occasions and have always received first class customer service. They answer the phone promptly always respond when they say they will and have been very helpful rearranging a booking I had to alter due to a family emergency. “The process of booking on line has been easy every time I have booked with OPL. When I have had a query they have always answered my emails quickly and professionally. When I had to cancel due to a party member having covid it was dealt with quickly and we were able to have the option of a voucher to rebook which again was dealt with quickly and painlessly.”
