“I booked at one venue asking for a room with a nice view as the stay would be for my wife's birth. Julie at Offpeakluxury came back to me to say that there were no "view" rooms at that hotel. She then helped me cancel, and book at another venue. She was very professional and very helpful.”

“I had tried to book a break with Warner hotels but was getting nowhere.I then phoned offpeakluxury.com and was put through to a polite & pleasant lady who I believed was called saffron.She dealt with my booking straightaway and arranged for the dates we wanted.Overall very polite & courteous.”

“We always use Offpeakluxury to book short stays in the UK. On this occasion we made the booking by 'phone and made the booking through a member of staff called Toni. She dealt very efficiently with everything and even contacted the hotel to ensure our room met our expectations, She further emailed the response to us. Indeed a credit to your Organisation which we have always found a pleasure to deal with.”

“Great company. Offer a good selection of luxury hotels and some genuine good value deals. Easy to book online and very accommodating when we had to change dates. Our upcoming spa break must be the tenth we’ve booked with OffPeakLuxury”

“Booking process is easy to follow. Only problem I have is not receiving the confirmation email but I am receiving the marketing material fine. I did however receive a txt that confirmed booking reference number.”

“Great service from Karen of Offpeakluxury. Just when I thought room not available for a 2 night break in a ground floor room, received call from Karen who managed to reserve the room I requested. Very professional and polite on phone, many thanks Karen, job well done.”
