“Had a voucher given to us for Christmas (that lasts 12 months) for a stay @ the snooty fox with lots of extras, when tried to book that offer including all the extras the deal was no longer available or the date we wanted. So off peak luxury offered to put the money back on our code so we could book somewhere else. Fair enough. After that they phoned and said because the person who bought the gift used a blue light discount that was deducted on our new code. Unfair. They did not tell us this until after it had been converted. Also after conversion all prices had gone up so we had to settle for something of less value or pay extra which in the end we did. I hope in the future they would be more upfront with costs to customers. Also it is not fair that somebody books a deal which is a 12 month validity to then after a few months say this deal is no longer available (the snooty fox). Both should be ashamed.”

I’ve now been informed that our team have since found you a suitable, alternative booking and have refunded the extra money you had to pay. There have been some recent changes to our system and it seems a technical issue led to an incorrect value on the new voucher - we’ve looked into this and the issue has been resolved and your voucher code credited accordingly. As for the expired offer at The Snooty Fox, this is a rare occurrence, due to circumstances that were out of our control, and we’re sorry that in this instance the offer was no-longer available to book on your desired dates.
