“Online chat was excellent, very nice lady got back to me with my answers very quickly, email response was slower and needed a chase up, there was some confusion after using the link to book, but this was quickly resolved. Overall it was a good experience, I would definitely use the company again.”

“Both Sofia & Mary were lovely to speak to and incredibly helpful. We were struggling to find a hotel with available for our dates and room/location requirements and Sofia was able to come up trumps, an absolute star! Mary went through the hotel details to double check it was perfect for us and we are very happy that we will have a great weekend!”
