“I spoke to both Sophia and Victoria and they would not have been more helpful. So much information at the moment to digest and although they didn't know all the answers they contacted the hotel and got back to me within minutes.”

“We found their service,excellent. courteous, capable, polite,professional and welcoming response to our telephone inquire regarding a break for one night D,B & B at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel. offpeakluxury.com were a delight to deal with. Our first dealings with this company but based on this experience, I hope it is not our last as we would love to deal with them again.”
