“Really helpful group of people. Abel to sort me out as we needed to tweak our off-peak luxury just a little bit everybody was amazing. Had a good email then had a good phone call and did phone me back when I asked him to got it all sorted out so that we can actually enjoy our lovely spa weekend away thank you so much.”

“The lady who dealt with my enquiries could not have been anymore helpful. She very patiently explained the system to me then assisted in my booking the hotel I had selected. A rare pleasure to deal with someone so professional and pleasant.”

“Not user friendly. Having chosen an hotel of interest finding further, detailed information such as menus and locale (even the actual address) was and is difficult if not impossible.”

“Despite some problems with the company contacting me to confirm the booking it all went well. I requested two rooms, a double and a twin insisting that the twin has a walk in shower as this is essential. I received the confirmation but the walk in shower is not stipulated. I really hope this is a guarantee as one of the guests is disabled.”

“I rang to enquire about availability of twin rooms and they were very helpful. Also suggested I called the spa direct to book a time slot before making the hotel booking if the spa experience was an important part of our trip. A very good point as it could have been very disappointing. Very helpful and friendly service”

“I will never use again. The customer service team are all extremely passive aggressive which can only mean that they deal with many complaints! Had to postpone due to my friend having cancer and they were very cold about it - clearly did not believe me. Horrible people”

“Excellent staff & extremely helpful in helping me to re arrange my holiday. I had to cancel due to sickness & was given a voucher. They kept in contact by email until we had it all arranged. Very happy with the service. 😀😀😀😀”
