“Generall good, and used them a few times. Quite often they say "Complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room (subject to availability on day of arrival), although this has never happened :-( I made a booking yesterday, and because I had previously registered with them and forgotton my password, I spent a very frutrating hour trying toget the website to accept my booking. In the end, the only way to book was to use a diferent email address.......”

“We searched on the website then actually telephoned . The lady on the other end was a delight .( unfortunately I didn’t get her name ) she explained the offer again and terms and conditions . I told her it was delightful to speak to some to book our visit in 2 weeks time”

“My request for a next day mini break with my husband was unavailable. Elaine took the time and trouble to notify me, even though the office had just closed. I missed the call, so Helena called me back the following morning (Excellent handover). I spoke to Elaine, who again, was so helpful, knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my booking. We successfully found availability for another date. I definitely have faith in Offpeakluxury and would highly recommend their service. “As always the ladies i have dealt with at Offpeakluxury have come up trumps again. Each time i look around for hours seeing what deals there are and everytime i come back to their own offers (Offpeak). Their prices are fantastic value for what you get, the locations they have on offer are really nice and their customer services when assisting you find a place are first class. Would always recommend Offpeakluxury. I havent been disappointed yet and will continue to use them when feasible. As a last minute 'booker' i often feel envious at the deals people with a little notice manage to get through these although even booking late they always find me something great. They should all be proud of themselves, you dont always get this happy helpful customer services these days.”
