“I have received excellent service from offpeakluxury.com and would highly recommend to my friends and family. We were a tricky booking of eight people with different requirements and the staff at offpeak went out of their way to accommodate all of us. I spoke to a number of staff including Sophia, Julie, Anne Marie, Toni and Kirsty who were all very efficient and helpful. Well done offpeak !!”

“The process of changing my booking details ie to a different hotel was pretty good. The customer assistant was very good and the process ok except when my chosen credit card was not accepted because they're system stated the card isn't registered to my address - which it is ...I changed to a second card and the booking was confirmed. However the assistant could not give me a refund for card 1 for 24 hrs to be done by a manager. I find it very odd that their system could take money from my first choice card immediately , but it was not accepted !!?? I haven't received notice of refund yet .”
