“My wife and I are of an age where we have decided to keep our holidays within the UK. We selected our available dates and phoned Offpeakluxary where we spoke with Paula. She was very easy to speak with and she asked all the right questions such as 'where' and 'when'. She soon came back with an area we could easily drive to and went on to ask if we had any special conditions which we did. She then had to call our choice hotel to confirm if they could comply with dates and what we were looking for. Within ten minutes she came back and we found we needed to compromise on one item. Again she phoned the hotel to confirm our booking. I can most certainly confirm that this is one of the easiest bookings I have made to stay anywhere, UK or abroad. Paula was knowledgeable, most polite and knew her trade. This is a very good company to trade with.”

“The process to find the right break could be slightly simpler and it was not until the next page that the option for twin room as opposed to classic double room appeared, hence I knocked a star off. So far the price for the services offered (room, dinner, glass of prosecco) seems to be a good deal”

“As a user of the sight for the very first time I was very impressed by the assistance Victoria gave me. She guided me through the process and explained the information regarding the cancellation process. Once it was agreed where I wanted to book she offered to make the booking for me. The whole process from start to finish was made simple and stress free. As promised a booking confirmation email was sent to me within minutes. Excellent customer service from Victoria.”

“My brother-in-law found your website whilst searching for a good deal for our stay in Skipton. We simultaneously filled in the booking form on line, we live 100 miles apart. We both agreed that you offered a good deal and the booking process was straightforward and gave lots of information including being able to request meal times in advance. “Your website is good and is easy to navigate. Had to call you about a specific detail, the call was answered promptly but a call back was required. Your call back was quick and the information was complete, all confirmed by email, I made the booking……well done.”
