“We looked at the website but found the number and were happy to speak to someone. She was delightful and promised to call us back after speaking g to the specific hotel as they were not opened . We received a lovely phone call back and booked our trip Over the telephone. OPL needed to call us again to confirm something and we received a lovely phone call Again . Delightful”

“I have found the team very helpful whilst bookings have had to be changed and rearranged numerous times due to the pandemic. They have made this a lot less stressful and always replied quickly and have been very accommodating to make things work. I will definitely use offpeakluxury again.”
