“This booking was made for a friend for her to have a bit of me time. She is there now and thoroughly enjoying herself. Sadly there is heavy rain, but she is still posting photos and videos of her walks. She said the room is so big, she would be able to fit her whole family in there and the staff are very friendly. I want to add my personal thanks to Judith Cunningham, who went to great lengths to help me, make this a special experience for my friend. I am going to try this out myself.”

“I'm so pleased that we booked with Offpeakluxury.com. They had just what we wanted, with two options available for us to choose from and we felt as though the staff had our very best interests at heart. Not only did they contact the hotel to arrange for a double-bedded room to be altered so that we could have twin beds, but they went through all the details and checked back with us that we were happy with what they had to offer. I would certainly use this company again as their service was excellent.”

“Good website but got stuck at the final payment section. Left a message on the firms telephone number. They called me back the following morning, payment taken over the phone and all sorted. Very good service recovery and lovely lady.”
