“I decided to phone and discuss a possible booking rather than navigate the website. The service from the lady I spoke to was excellent. Really helpful, informative and very customer focused. I hope the stay and hotel are half as good as the lady I spoke to!”

“Booked two nights stay at Plas Dinas Country House via the web site but needed to know which luxury room we were going to be staying in. Telephoned OPL and spoke to Claire and asked if she could arrange for us to stay in The Lady Buckly room which she did and this has been reserved for us. We had stayed there before. Claire was very helpful.”
