“Excellent service from Sophia , because of Covid we have had to postpone our hotel visit , the new reservation was dealt with seamlessly. She also managed a reservation for our friends.”

“Fantastic customer service. We had to change our reservation at very short notice as our cat was suddenly taken ill, but the lady I spoke to was very understanding and sympathetic to our situation and our reservation was changed with no hassle. Just what we needed at a traumatic time. The stay itself was fantastic, and I absolutely would recommend offpeakluxury to everyone.”

“For some reason my credit card was unable to be validated and then used my wifes card ,on the same account and had to get it validated. First time this has happened. It slowed down the process. It's the first time I have used your website, so maybe that's the reason or the card company has tightened up”
