“Booked through OPL for a 3 night stay at Taplow house country hotel in August 2021. You would expect a four star hotel would be clean. We had the worst experience of a filthy executive room and disgusting bed covered in urine stains. The hotel staff and management were horrendous, rude and couldn’t care less. We couldn’t stay there and We will never go back. OPL need to select their “luxury” hotels more carefully. OPL have not helped us and will not help us with a refund we are entitled to”

As you are aware, we have been in contact with the hotel and in constant communication with you at every step to resolve your issues and get you a satisfactory result. “Our first experience is, so far so good. Our agent was particularly efficient and delivered on a return call after contacting our chosen hotel to ask for a special request. We look forward to our short break and will consider your company again.”

“The site allowed us to complete all our requirements but when we came to paying the site froze when we had put in card details. We were therefore concerned that our finances were open to abuse. We phoned and your office and your employee cancelled our attempt to book and made the booking with us on the phone. Andrew Montgomery”

“Offpeakluxury allows us to look for a quality hotel with fine dining options and inspires us to take much needed breaks, finding hotels in areas we might not otherwise consider. Would love to see more hotels avaible in the southwest area in the future and maybe some specialised festivities or local events of interest included”
