“came across you site by accident and after comparing with others decided to book. I wanted to know if swimming was restricted and phoned the number given. A very helpful lady answered and found the information I needed. she the filled the form and took payment. I will look at your site when I want to book again”

“My voucher was being rejected as the Hotel had changed their prices. The Customer Service was excellent, and the various people who dealt with my emails were extremely efficient and quickly arranged a new deal with the hotel.”

“Very easy website to search and book through. Our preferred date could not be accommodated by the hotel we chose due to a wedding taking place, however they were able to get back to the hotel and quickly offer another agreeable date, as well as offering to look for alternative hotels on the date we chose. Really great customer service!”

“Thank goodness for Off Peak Luxury, I tried the hotel directly due to it being one of the closest to my Sons wedding next year, however, the prices were ridiculously high so I went through Off Peak who had a fabulous offer for 2 nights.”
