“Superb service from Julie, just told her what I wanted and it was a bit complicated but she went above and beyond to get me the best deal. She Mcalled me back immediately with details and even when I messed up with payment card details she called me back and sorted it. Fantastic service and would use this company again. Thank you.”

“After paying for my overnight stay over the telephone. I only received an email thanking me for subscribing to off peakluxury not any details whatsoever of what & where I booked & the acknowledgment of payment. I have not experienced this lack of details ever before. Fortunately I have the ref booking number only.”

“Phoned to book a stay at Lodge on the Loch at Loch Lomond. The lady with whom I spoke to was really lovely and was a tremendous help to get the dates I wanted and called me back to confirm my booking! Great service and would definitely book through Offpeakluxury again!!”

“We enjoyed a lovely weekend break at Kennisbury Grange. The accommodation was first class with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff at the restaurant Chelsea Tegan and Olivia were helpful friendly and very accommodating to our needs and queries. Made our stay lovely.”
