“I do not usually use booking agents as most hotels say bests rates by booking direct. I chose to phone and I found Caroline very helpful and efficient. This experience led me to look again on your site for booking a short break in the Cotswolds in Feb/March. As yet I have not booked as I do not particularly like offers with just dinner on the first night leaving me to work out the extra cost to ensure there is a benefit rather than booking direct but I will do my homework and may book through you again.”
