“The staff at OffPeakLuxury have been nothing more than delightful to work with. They have answered all of my emails and phone calls promptly and politely and have been really patient with me when helping to organise a group booking for my friend's leaving do in The Old Swan in Harrogate. They have even negotiated some special touches which is especially kind. All that remains is for us to turn up and enjoy the event. They have taken all of the stress out of the organisation. I am thoroughly looking forward to our stay. A special shout out for Mary from Hebdon Bridge who has been amazing. Thank you.”

“An excellent service from the two ladies I spoke to 4 or 5 times as I had specific requirements and nothing seemed to be too much trouble as they contacted the hotel for me on 3/4 occasions to ensure that I obtained the break I wanted . Very pleasant friendly ladies , and a pleasant experience altogether …”

“A few issues with this hotel room not worth the money I paid. The room and toilet very small. Plus got charged £70 for a bottle of Lanson champagne where you can buy in supermarket for £30. The food deal is an absolute con pay £70 up front if you don’t spend all the £70 it’s tough that’s the deal. Plus the two rooms next to us were still banging doors, shouting to each other over the balcony’s till 3.20am not much sleep.”

Dear Mr Short Firstly, I am sorry that you thought the hotel room was not worth the money you paid, but I do think it's unfair to label the deal a 'con' . Hotel prices for alcohol are of course very different from supermarket prices, and the per-room dining allowance of £70 is generally covered by a two or three course meal in the restaurant. Again, we apologise that you had a disturbed night's sleep. If you had brought your complaints to our attention earlier, we would have taken your issues up with the hotel. Kind Regards Offpeakluxury
