“Love this company. I have had 2 lovely breaks and have just booked a 3rd! Staff always extremely friendly and keen to help. However problems with the website. It will not recognise my email address but will not let me register as a new customer- so I am unable to view my account/bookings through the website”

“Your customer service rep, Caroline , was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help with my booking. Everything was sorted within 15.minutes including a call back after she had confirmed with the hotel that the dates were available. I would highly recommend.”

“Spoke to one operator and was offered a special deal including a candlelit done dinner for two as I’m coming with the girlfriend I rejected that, but on thinking about it I thought yes that sounds like a really good deal and I should’ve said yes initially so I have now booked that but we won’t have the candlelight will just have dinner!! The two people I spoke to extremely helpful and I would definitely book through this company again”
