“We were bought a voucher from Offpeak as a present. Never used them before but everything was so easy! I went on line stating my voucher number which took me to the hotel that had been chosen for us. Got the date we wanted plus dinner reservation. Within minutes I had confirmation it was all booked! So very easy! Well done Offpeak!”

“They managed to facilitate the dates and times that we wanted to stay. However as it had been a long time since our voucher was purchased the terms had changed. However off peak luxury were able to ensure that we received the terms that had been purchased.”
