“Very good site and experience until the bill came with the 18 pound fee. Tut tut where do you say on your site there will be a fee? Take note I shan't use you again. It's a machine doing the work so the most the fee should be 2 pounds”

Thank you for your review. Unlike many other companies we include our fees in the headline price making the full cost of the hotel stay clear at the outset so there are no hidden charges. There is also an arrow which when clicked on explains the charge in more detail should this be required. We do charge a small service fee to go towards the cost of providing excellent customer service which we know is so important to our customers. Our reservation agents are available 7 days a week to provide assistance both before and after a booking has been made. We are confident that our packages, including the booking fee, offer the best value and service which is why the price match guarantee is in place. “I was unsure of a few details and probly hassled more than I should. The reception staff were fantastic, patient and gave me all the information I needed to ensure I knew exactly what my package included and made me feel totally at ease. I'm very much looking forward to my lazy romantic break”
