“They have always been very helpful and efficient in dealing with any enquiries and bookings that I’ve made. I’m very happy with their service and will continue to book with them. Had one slight problem recently trying to redeem some vouchers which the booking system ignored but Julie dealt very easily with the problem.”

“I had difficulty changing the type of room that we wanted. I had asked for a twin bedded room which was fine initially, but when I got to the payment screen I noticed the room was a double bed. This happened about five times. I eventually gave up and emailed the hotel direct”
