“It is a delight to deal with the friendly, helpful staff in the office. It is a treat to be able to speak directly to a real person and everyone I have spoken with has been unfailingly pleasant, They deal with issues such as accessibility and even individual idiosyncracies promptly and efficiently. It is better than speaking directly with the hotels, especially with chains that employ staff in distant places. Thank you to all of them.”

“We have been using OPL regularly for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. There is a large selection of luxury hotels to choose from. I received a voucher for Christmas and therefore booked my latest stay through the central booking phone number. I received an exceptionally friendly, helpful service. My special requests were passed onto the hotel as requested. Highly recommend OPL for an enjoyable luxury break.”

“Excellent. I found Offpeakluxury through my one4All gift card. I found the website very easy to use and the prices were very competitive compared to other sites. I have booked a fantastic hotel which I have been to before and got a better deal than booking directly through the hotel. I will definitely use this site in the future and will highly recommend it to anyone else”
