“This was the first time I have used off-peak luxury i cant praise them more highly, not only did they get me a fantastic deal on my holiday they found more discount and phoned me to explain the discount after I had paid and then refunded me the difference, not many firms go above and beyond like this one.”

“Very quick to take booking but was disappointed it took 3 days for the confirmation to come through, this is a very special anniversary for us 25 years together and was getting worried we would have to try and find another hotel. Thankyou for your prompt response once the booking had been confirmed.”
