“Very pleasant customer service team. A shame you cannot negotiate single person occupancy. What should be £271 is costing £435 because of no single occupancy. Sometimes you have to travel alone!”

“After booking our choice of hotel Offpeak phoned me to say that unfortunately the hotel could not meet the booking. The company very quickly fitted ua op with an other hotel which met with our requrementd”

“My call was answered by a very friendly lady who took my details and said she would ring me back once she had been in touch with my chosen hotel. This she did in a short while and my booking was made for the dates I preferred. The confirmation from offpeak arrived within in minutes, quickly folowed by confirmation from the hotel. Altogether, a really easy and pleasant experience.”
