I do not recommed. My wife bought a hoverboard for our child. It lasted a day. This company sells Faulty products. The products are not genuine and come with no paperwork of authentication. The electrical items have not been tested to UK regulations therefore are unstable and unsafe.

Did not hold up to their guaranteed Xmas delivery, told one week before Xmas that it MIGHT turn up so offered an alternative which wasn't the one we wanted, so as you have a 9 yr old that has asked Santa for a hover board you don't want to disappoint so had no choice but to go with the hoverboard that she didn't ask l for just so we knew it would arrive in time for Xmas!

Worst company ever they don’t respond to emails they didn’t even send the right colour. A few months after use it doesn’t work either. Scammers

Don’t buy anything from them but if you have already made a mistake if anything goes wrong with your scooter get it repaired locally even if you have warranty for the very small things like a charger o and cable they ask you to send it back to them and then you receive an email that you need to change motor and battery if you deny that you have sent them fully functioning then they come with another story that this has been damaged during the transit end of the story is they will charge you £200 for the charger which you could get in £15

Item was delivered later than promised according to their website. When opened on my son’s birthday (same day it arrived) the charter did not work and there seemed to be issues with the hoverboard itself. After chasing I finally received a new charger a week later. That did work but proved there was an issue with the board, only the right side worked properly and the left was intermittent. Now chasing a response to return it. The customer service from this company is shocking. From ignoring you to condescending. They are not available at weekends and start late each day. Will only recommend people avoid this company and this product based on my experiences

TX85 Scooter was no good came with missing screws and screws with no hole to fitt a allen key. scooter did not operator properly scooter speed up then cut back. I returned the scooter four days after perchase on the 31/08/2023 and still havent recieve a refund todays date 27/02/2024

Absolutely disgusting but my son the scooter and he’s only used it since Christmas Day didn’t work sent it back now they reckon it’s water damage and they want me to pay £290 to fix it it only cost me £250 to buy it cost me £20 to send it back absolutely disgusting customer service will never buy from these again. Please do not buy you will get conned

We received a hoverboard, it did not work, kept going round in circles, made banging noise, kept stopping. No help from the company, they do not answer their telephone or answer emails, I think they are a disgraceful company. We have a very disappointing grandson. Who does not understand why he cannot be sent a replacement We have been in touch with trading standards, who have told us what to do and that the law is on our side. This should not be necessary, a good company should have sorted this out,

Bought 2 g2 off road bundles as a Christmas gift one of them broke on Christmas Day just went round in circles can’t get hold of anyone on phone only email and they take days to get in touch and it’s all automated it’s been 2 weeks and still not received a returns label this is not a trustworthy company DONOT use them

Whatever you do do not buy from this place. Opened our daughters hover board on Christmas Day and its broken. Company not replying to emails or not taking calls. Stay clear of this company!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a e scooter for my son for xmas and it wouldnt power on. I tried calling offical hoverboard and its always the same recorded message to say that they cant answer thier phones. Live chat dosnt work and they are slow at responding to emails and when they so its stalling tacits. Stay well clear of this company as they dont care that i have a really upset 12 year old looking for his xmas pressie.

Absolutely would not recommend, I ordered the package bundle with personalisation the first week of November. I was informed that I would receive my order guaranteed the first week of December, this did not happen. I received my order today which is 1 month and 9 days after the order date, without the personalised kit which I have now been informed that it has been sent out separately. When you try and contact this company you will hear a pre recorded message stating they are busy, they will only answer emails.

www.officialhoverboard.co.uk **SCAM WEBSITE** Placed order over a week ago, nothing received. Phone number goes to answer machine. Address is serviced office. Looks like a sham director on the company. No response to emails. I should have known better and checked if they were contactable first. Don’t get scammed, they are ripping off people. Reporting to police, who probably won’t do anything.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, I have handed in my scooter for inspection and have not received a response or email In the last 3 weeks! Moreover, none of my calls are being picked up either and I’m a just told to send emails thag don’t even get responded to.Must say there customer service is extremely unreliable and inconsistent and frankly appalling.
