“Great product my 9 year old daughter loves it !! I brought a cheaper one from Symths only to find it was defective and cheaply made im glad it was because this one loads better a lot better build quality !! Really sturdy would recommend!!”

“I purchased a Hoover board for my son for Christmas. The charger stopped working on the second charge. I tried several times to contact the supplier but had no reply. I decided to purchase another charger which I still have not received!!! Again I have tried to contact Hoverboard (supplier) and have still had no contact!! Shocking service!!!”

“Grandson loves his hoverboard after trying his friend’s. As it’s Christmas Day he’s only tried it indoors but has took to it quite well. It seems very well built and very responsive. Only downside when opening on Christmas morning it had a deep gouge in the paintwork. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a hover board bundle for my daughter for Christmas after it was advertised that the hoverboard had a guaranteed delivery date of 22nd December. DPD made contact the following morning after I had ordered the item and said that the delivery would probably be after Christmas. Having contacted Official Hoverboard asking for a full refund so that I could go to a shop in time to buy a hover board for Christmas Day, I was emailed by customer services stating that the hoverboard would definitely arrive before Christmas and that they have a contract with DPD to guarantee delivery before Christmas. No hoverboard later, and zero contact from either DPD or official Hoverboard has left me completely infuriated. Why advertise a guaranteed delivery date that can’t be kept, especially when it is a child’s gift for Christmas ??The worst part is that there was enough time for me to recover the situation before Christmas Day if the cost of this item was refunded when I asked. I deeply regret using Official Hoverboard to purchase this Christmas gift.”

“This review simply relates to the fact that it hasn't been delivered. The 1-2 working days should have seen it delivered by Thursday 22nd December. DPD are now indicating that this will not now be delivered until Wednesday 28th. This is a Christmas present that cannot be given on Christmas Day, disappointing a child. I will now try to get something else at short notice and I will return the item when it eventually gets to me. Disappointing service.”

“Ordered days before last Xmas delivery date sent with dpd local been stuck at one of dpds depots for days now no explanation or anything no chance of coming in time for Xmas spoke to official hoverboards and they just keep saying it will be here but there’s no way it’s just stalling tactics they’ve taken the money for an order that they have not fulfilled so unable to get anything else Christmas ruined not happy!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered bundle, didn't realise until opening box acqwek before Christmas that only the hover board was in the package no kart. Impossible to contact by phone, but they did respond next day to email and despatched kart same day, delivered the next day so Christmas saved for my little boy”
