“listen to others below!! Faulty dangerous product and terrible customer service. The hoverkart is faulty and yet they still have asked me via email to try it again. I am now being forced to take further action against this company. Would never buy again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone does.”

“My son was really pleased with this as red is his favour colour & camo is his thing at the moment the only issues we have had with the kart is the bolts need tightened often as one came off completely but luckily found it on the way home & saved us a trip to the hardware shop plus the wear on the wrap on the hover board as appears to be fading since having the kart attached as this is his favour way to wiz around as can go faster. All in all a great gift.”

“I would not recommend this company whatsoever we bought two hover boards G4 For Christmas presents Priced at £259 each down from £499 one for our son and one for our daughter one works perfectly fine and the other never work from day one From day one of been in contact with them their communication has been absolutely subzero chasing them all the time getting nowhere near the end of January and still no sign of resolving this issue they tried to tell me I had to pay £15 for us to send it back after much dispute and emails They finally said they were going to send me a package prepaid Two weeks on we still haven’t received it and getting nowhere this company Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst experience I have had ever It just seems like they have taken our money and run.”

“Bought the hover board and cart attachment for my 8 year old son for Christmas. Pre ordered it and it came mid November. Tried ot out but led lights didn't seem right. Contacted hoverboard and supplied a video of issue. Was assured no fault. Christmas day came and he loved it. Issue started again when he could only go in circles. Contacted Hoverboard and was sent back for repair. Came back 5 days later and seems fine. Happy with the service and understand these things happen. Great response from Hoverboard. Only gripe is I had to pay to return it. I could understand this if I was looking for a refund but not for a repair.”

“Brilliant present for my 7yr old daughter. Bought for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Very intuitive to get started and a solid sturdy build. So precise with movement that she is now expert at manoeuvring through the house as well as outside. She has even bought the go Kart frame which adds another dimension to it. Can’t recommend enough ! A+++”

“Purchased hover kart for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. Came on time and we’ll packaged. Not the clearest assembly instructions, got over that by watching a you tube video. However, I emailed the company with a routine question regarding the operation of the kart. It was continually beeping at a relatively slow speed. Received a prompt response and was asked to forward a video of the kart. No reply was received so I sent a second. To date, still nothing! I grade a company not only by the quality of the product but their customer service and after care provided. I have to say this is lacking. My granddaughter loves the cart but regrettably, I do not wish to keep a product that may not be operating correctly, and consequently, may lead to problems in the future. I will give the company a few more days.”
