“What a fantastic bit of kit! Bought this as a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. He absolutely loves it, and to be honest so do I! Best feature for me is how well it glides over the rough terrain in our surrounding alleyways. Would definitely recommend, and I thought the price was very reasonable too.”

“Within 2 weeks the front end of the charger got stuck in the hoverboard whilst charging and broken into 2 pieces. Front part stuck inside the hoverboard. The cable was brittle and poor design led cause this damage. Customer service mentioned it was not handled as per instruction and hence broken. Well inserting the charger into device is not rocket science as we handle numerous devices every day fin day today life. Poor customer service and asked to purchase another charger.”

“Purchased hoverboard and kart for Xmas present, paid for next day delivery and item did not arrive , panicked and phoned company , no answer just message stating couldn’t take calls due to covid. Very concerned site was dodgy and present from Santa so very stressed, emailed company and as stated received response 48hours later with full update, item was not in stock until 15/12 and delivered next day, arrived in perfect condition excellent quality. Shame no one able to answer phones after taking a lot of money (£320) but in end all worked out and good response from email”
